This site provides login and access information on all district-funded applications. Refer to this site to see which apps are ready and rostered in Clever and which are pending. Reach out to the contact listed for any specific questions in regard to each application. 

• Clever will roll over and sync your new 2024-25 rosters on 8/1/2024. At this time student devices are locked until 8/11/2024.  

• Check the STATUS below. RED means the app is still being synced for the new school year. GREEN means all accounts are synced and ready to login. 

• IF you have a “new” student - all Single Sign On accounts are created overnight when Clever syncs with Aeries. Check Aeries for the “Active” date of the student. The next day your student can access all apps. 

• IF your student attempts to type in a user/password for SSO apps, they override the system and disable their log in. Remind the students to be patient and wait as it logs in. If there is a login issue, you (the teacher), can reset the user/password through your Clever account. Click Here for a reminder on how to reset credentials.
