A little about me

Hi friends! Welcome to my class, I am so happy that you are here and get to learn with me this year. My name is Katie Henderson (Mrs. Henderson to my wonderful students) and this will be my 7th year in the classroom. I have taught students In grades 2-8 and am thrilled to be In 7th grade teaching my favorite subject! I earned both my bachelor's and Master's degree through the University of Montana (Go Griz!). I was born and raised In the Bitterroot Valley and love being able to live here as an adult with my husband Corey and our 3 fur babies Dandi, Sally, and Geralt. Spending time with my family is absolutely one of the most important things to me. We love to get outside camping and exploring Montana as much as possible when the weather is nice. I also am known to love reading, Big Creek Coffee, Diet Coke, sewing, crafting, and of course cacti! I can't wait to get to know each of you this year!
