Mission, Goals, and Technology Competencies
Students need to be familiar with a variety of technological tools including computers, computer applications, websites, mobile devices, and any new implements that have not yet invented.
Mission: The mission of the Elementary Technology Curriculum Committee of the Archdiocese of Philadelphia is to empower teachers and students to use technology to become digital citizens, knowledge constructors, creative communicators, computational thinkers, innovative designers, and global collaborators.
Goal: The goal of the Elementary Technology Curriculum Committee of the Archdiocese of Philadelphia is to provide, promulgate, and support a robust curriculum that promotes an understanding of technology, an acquisition of technology skills, and an integration of technology across and within all subject areas.
