COVID-19 Alert Level Information

The below summarises key general information relevant to members. It has been created following advice from Sport NZ and Government guidelines.
General guidelines are provided below. Specific guidelines for differing age groups are found by navigating to the appropriate page on the menu at the top of this page.
Please be mindful that recommendations made by the government can change based on the unique set of circumstances at that time. For example, if level 2 is introduced with a 10 person limit we will need to adapt and react accordingly. The below is based on current advice on each alert level.

Levels 4 and 3
All club run activities cease.
The facility is locked. This includes the main gate, clubrooms and indoor nets.
The club will deliver cricket in a safe and environment under recommended guidelines of Sport NZ and the NZ Government.
The number of people allowed indoors will be limited to 100 people.
For outdoor events, crowds will be limited to 100 people in a defined space.
Everyone who enters the facility must sign in using the contact tracing register or sign in using the QR code with the NZ COVID Tracing app.
Hand sanitiser must be applied upon entry to the facility.
Members must wash or sanitise their hands before and after activities.
If you or anyone in your household is displaying symptoms of COVID-19, feeling generally unwell or awaiting the result of a COVID-19 test you must stay home.
Where possible, physical distancing of 2 metres should be adhered to.
Members should avoid using the same equipment.
Specific information for various activities will be emailed directly to participants.
We recommend masks are worn when on the premises.
For games, try to utilise only one scorer per device or scorebook.
No physical contact is allowed in celebrations or end of match acknowledgements (i.e. handshakes).
Cornwall will operate as normal with no restrictions.
We recommend scanning the QR code upon entry with the NZ COVID Tracer app.
