The phrase "practice makes perfect" is widely used in today's society, but what does that actually mean? Our brains contain microscopic cells called neurons, which link together to build pathways for neurotransmissions (the 'activation signal' for movements we make, memories we're thinking, etc.). The more a person does an action, the more neurons link to together to build pathways for these neurotransmissions--making these actions eaiser to do. This is the biological manifestation of what it means to Learn, and is what allows us to have a Memory.
