Hello, visitors!  Welcome to my website.

I am a generative linguist by training.  I am broadly interested in syntax and the syntax-semantics interface.  I also maintain a strong empirical interest in understudied languages, with a special focus on languages of Myanmar—figuring out the rules and patterns of a language is what drew me to linguistics in the first place.

I graduated with a PhD degree in linguistics from Cornell University in Aug 2024.  Prior to Cornell, I completed an MPhil in general linguistics at the University of Oxford and undergraduate study in mathematics and economics at Mount Holyoke College.
