My name is Laurel Redmond. I am pursuing a degree in Food, Nutrition and Dietetics at Concordia College, graduating in May 2020.

My passion for nutrition started when I was in high school. I was a soccer and cross country athlete and I learned the importance of fueling the body to have energy as an athlete and student. My interest in nutrition continued to grow when I started at Concordia College. I look forward to seeing how I can integrate my Food, Nutrition and Dietetic degree in my future career as an Occupational Therapist.
