MDE Career Development Model and Resources

Learn about the MDE Michigan Career Development Model (CDM) in K-12 educational systems.  The purpose of the MI CDM is to prepare our students for making supported career decisions earlier in their K-12 journey.  Specifically, participants will learn about examples of career awareness, career exploration, and career preparation and when each should be appropriately practiced during a student's journey.  Explore various resources to ensure your district is applying the MI Career Development Model.
