Evelan McKnight plays a strong role in this team, having multiple 20-plus point games and having 40 points against Barberton. They finished in Second Place in the Suburban League and went 18-6 on the season. Zoey Van Voorhis is a great key to this team, as well as having multiple 15-plus point games. Alejandra Morrondo and Audrey Parker have great roles with this team as well. The girls have been on a great run with a 3-game win streak and just won Regionals.
Swimming: The team had some impressive individual stats as the season went on. Levi Parana, Sam Albertson, and Mike Shu were the top scorers for this year's swim team. Levi Parana was the only member of the team to qualify for the State Swim Meet.
Girls Bowling: Autumn Garber Says: competing with her team during big competitions and like screaming with joy with her team. The team finished 1-10 on the season and has some good competitive games, but can't seem to secure the win every time, taking 8th in the league. The team has struggled with numbers, recently falling to North Royalton and competing against Wadsworth. They weren't the best this year, but they were able to have 3 girls return to help them out this season.
Boys bowling: The boys recently placed 5th at the Copley Tomahawk Invitational with a strong performance by key bowlers: Lucas Less, Gracie Dunne, and Andrew Talpas. The team has struggled to field a full boys' lineup in some matches, with only three participating in a recent matchup against Wadsworth.
Wrestling:
Desmond Childers says: "The thing I will miss the most is the team's dinners." Desmond Childers and Jayden Maillard just won Sectionals. Max Holley came up slightly short in the finals, and they are heading to districts looking to punch their tickets to the State Tournament. The season went well for the three, as they all sit within the top 20 ranked wrestlers in the state and have racked up 30+ wins on the season.
