The student-run cafe of the Four Cities Compact Culinary Arts Program at Copley High School

Our students are working hard to show off their skills!

Bistro 81 is open to the public on select Wednesday, Thursday, or Fridays;
testing and previously booked catering events will periodically change our availability.

The Bistro will be open for lunch 10:30-12:00
Friday 4/10, Monday 4/13, and Tuesday 4/14

These will be our final days for the 2025-2026 school year as our seniors prepare for graduation

are now available for order every day
through our convenient online system by following this link.
