The student-run cafe of the Four Cities Compact Culinary Arts Program at Copley High School

Our students are working hard to show off their skills!

Bistro 81 is open to the public on select Wednesday, Thursday, or Fridays;
testing and previously booked catering events will periodically change our availability.

The Bistro will be closed until after our Spring Break, and will reopen
Thursday 4/9 and Friday 4/10

Order ahead through our online menu

Copley Chip Cookies and frozen Bistro Hot Rolls
are now available for order daily (pick up 10:30-11:15)
through our convenient online system by following this link.

Please plan ahead and request reservations at least 24 hour prior.
