The student-run cafe of the Four Cities Compact Culinary Arts Program at Copley High School

Our students are working hard to show off their skills!

Bistro 81 is open to the public on select Wednesday, Thursday, or Fridays;
testing and previously booked catering events will periodically change our availability.

We will be open this week 

Thursday 3/5 11:00-12:30

Friday 3/6  10:30-12:30

Bistro 81 also offers our menu to go by ordering through our convenient
online system by following this link.
