Help to develop the customer’s monthly or quarterly content calendars and keep documentation of strategy up to date in the platform
Oversee implementation for various platforms, publishing destinations, or channels
Recommend specific content types and formats based on goals, audience, and challenges
Strategize thematic pillars or topics that support a common content mission and drive brief ideation
Consult on SEO best practices and make actionable recommendations to optimize content for increased performance and lead generation
Analyze competitors in the market to help uncover new opportunities and creative ways to stand out among your competitive landscape
Use research findings to develop content concepts and uncover trends
Identify and develop customer personas by researching consumer trends
Collaborate with the Contently Account Manager to consult on Business Reviews
Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop metrics
Regularly monitor and analyze performance based on KPIs and goals, and assess the effectiveness of the content strategy
Collaborate with their Managing Editor to ensure implementation and successful execution of the content calendar
Help to build or develop style, voice, and tone guidelines, if needed
Pricing: $160/hour Fixed or $170/hour Flex
