Students analyzed a real-world parabola by graphing and determining the characteristics of the function.

First, students found a real-world parabola and took a picture. Next, they used Desmos to graph their parabola. Students wrote the quadratic equation, and found characteristics such as the range, domain, and y-intercept of the parabola.
