This client just launched their eCommerce site. Using HotJar, I studied customer journeys and pinpointed areas of confusion or frustration. I recommended UI and messaging solutions to implement that will decrease bounce rate and increase conversions.
Verje't is a B2B Wholesale Jewelry Marketplace. As one of 2 employees in the US and the only UX/UI designer at Verje't, I worked closely with the project manager to develop and enhance features for the site. I was responsible for taking ideas, turning them into flowcharts, turning the flowcharts into UI's, prototyping the UI's, and overseeing the successful implementation of the features by the development team as the features were made live.
Verje't is developing Net Terms financing for retailers on the marketplace. This is the UI I created that takes a user from the sign-up stage of the process to the Net Terms account page.
I developed the Admin experience of managing the financials of retailers as well.
This is a flow chart I created to help streamline the shipping process of an order for the Administrative side of the website.

I created UI for a shipping set up that calculates shipping rates automatically for Vendors on Verjet. This is a flow chart that corresponds to the UI for when the Vendor is creating and purchasing a shipping label from Verjet.
