Bake
Triple Chocolate Brownies
Preheat oven to 177 degrees celsius
Melt in microwave or on LOW heat (stirring frequently):
1 cup butter
5 ounces Unsweetened Chocolate squares or 142 grams of Lindt 60% chocolate bars
Whisk in:
¼ cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
Stir in:
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 ½ cups sugar
Add in:
3 eggs, beaten
Add and mix in:
1 ½ cups flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
Add and mix in:
1 cup of chocolate chips
Pour batter into a greased 9x13 pan, and smooth out the top of batter with a rubber spatula.
Bake for 22-25 minutes and check with a toothpick in the center - if the toothpick comes out clean the brownies are done! Watch carefully so you don’t overbake.
Cool, cut into squares and ENJOY!
