Bake
Chocolate Chip Cookies
Preheat oven to 177 degrees celsius
Cream together in large bowl:
1 cup softened butter
¾ cup granulated sugar
1 ¼ cup brown sugar
Add and blend in (do not overbeat):
2 eggs, beaten
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
Add all and then blend in:
1 teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon baking powder
2 ¼ cups flour
Scoop cookie dough with cookie scoop or scoop heaping teaspoonfuls onto a parchment lined baking sheet.
Bake for 12-14 minutes or until just golden brown - watch carefully and do not overbake.
Cool on a wire rack and ENJOY!
