Bake

Snickerdoodles

Preheat oven to 177 degrees celsius.

Cream together in a bowl:

1 cup softened butter

1 ½ cup granulated sugar

Add and mix in:

2 eggs, beaten

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

½ teaspoon salt

Add and mix in:

2 ½ cups flour

2 teaspoons baking powder

In a small bowl mix together:

½ cup granulated sugar

2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

Drop scoops of cookie dough into the cinnamon sugar mixture and coat thoroughly.

Place scooped and cinnamon sugar coated cookies on a baking sheet and bake for about 15 minutes, until they are lightly golden brown - watch carefully!

Cool on a wire rack and ENJOY!
