Annual Report 2023-2024
A note from Bethany Rubin Henderson, CEO
This past year has been a milestone year for Compass Pro Bono. By expanding our full program portfolio across all of our metro-regions, we created more opportunities for nonprofits to tackle critical challenges with expert guidance, and more opportunities for volunteers to make a measurable impact in their communities.
We also launched two major tools to better serve our community: a brand-new website and an enhanced application portal. Our redesigned website makes it easier to explore programs and see the impact of our work. At the same time, the new portal streamlines the application process for nonprofits and volunteers, offering faster submissions and access to on-demand training and resources. These improvements reflect our ongoing commitment to strengthening how we support the people and organizations driving meaningful change at the grassroots level.
As we continue fostering cross-sector collaboration, I’m deeply grateful for your support. Together, we are catalyzing the human-to-human bonds that are at the center of thriving, equitable, and resilient communities.
With enduring gratitude,
Bethany Rubin Henderson
