Kathy Mears, originally from the Midwest, discovered her love for the skiing lifestyle during a ski season in Zermatt, Switzerland. After falling in love with Park City, she made it her home. She has been helping clients navigate the local real estate market since 1995. Kathy's dedication to the community is evident in her past leadership roles, including serving on the Park City Board of Realtors for 3 years, chairing board committees, and serving on her HOA board, community committees, and the Snyderville Basin Open Space Advisory Board. She has also been recognized as the Park City Board of Realtors' "Realtor of the Year."

Ryan Mears, the son of Kathy, is a born and bred local and partner in the team. He brings deep personal connections and an understanding of the community, as well as a passion for the mountain lifestyle in all seasons. Ryan is dedicated to providing exceptional and personalized service to his clients.

MaryAnn Bayer, a licensed assistant to the Team brings an additional dimension to the team as a second home buyer. She was referred to The Mears Group by friends and outdoor enthusiasts and was impressed by the team's care and attention to detail. MaryAnn, also an associate broker of COMPASS in the suburban New York market, brings a unique perspective of a vacation resident and knowledge of different market conditions, providing valuable insights and strategies.
