Indigenous at Compass is an inclusive employee and agent group where Indigenous people and our allies can unite to build community, leadership, employee enrichment, and cultural preservation. It strives to make internal and external impacts that celebrate and elevate diverse Indigenous cultures across Compass.

The Iranians of Compass (IØC) started in September 2022 to find the Iranian agent of Compass. They also aim to support Iranians, celebrate their rich culture, and enjoy traditions like Nowruz and Yalda.

The group's first event happened during the Compass Atlanta retreat at Rumi Restaurant. They made a tradition of having dinner gatherings during retreats. This year, they had their retreat dinner at Bandar Restaurant in San Diego.

Neda Navab, the Compass President, is a valued member of IØC and has supported the group since day one. She hosted the first IØC breakfast in Atlanta in 2022.

This is a networking group for anyone at Compass named Katie, Katy, Kate, Katey (or any other spelling!)
