For all agents who love all forms of fishing, this forum can serve as a means to get to know one another, meet at mini REtreats & curated fishing mastermind sessions, and share successes both on and off the water. I am casting a line and hoping all who love fishing bite from coast to coast!

When it comes to sharing ideas, we discuss topics such as effective marketing strategies, hosting events, client relationships, lead generation, and more. Monthly Masterminding with other family teams involves setting collective goals, brainstorming solutions to challenges, and providing support to each other. As for the monthly Social Hour, it's a great way to get to know other, celebrate successes, and unwind from the demands of the real estate industry.

Connect with others who understand the breast cancer journey. Share your experiences and gain valuable insights. Brainstorm ideas for providing meaningful support within the Compass family.

Indigenous at Compass is an inclusive employee and agent group where Indigenous people and our allies can unite to build community, leadership, employee enrichment, and cultural preservation. It strives to make internal and external impacts that celebrate and elevate diverse Indigenous cultures across Compass.

The Iranians of Compass (IØC) started in September 2022 to find the Iranian agent of Compass. They also aim to support Iranians, celebrate their rich culture, and enjoy traditions like Nowruz and Yalda.

The group's first event happened during the Compass Atlanta retreat at Rumi Restaurant. They made a tradition of having dinner gatherings during retreats. This year, they had their retreat dinner at Bandar Restaurant in San Diego.

Neda Navab, the Compass President, is a valued member of IØC and has supported the group since day one. She hosted the first IØC breakfast in Atlanta in 2022.

Jews at Compass is a welcoming community where individuals of Jewish heritage come together to celebrate their culture, heritage, and traditions while fostering meaningful connections. Through various events, discussions, and activities, this group offers a supportive environment for Jewish agents and employees to connect, share experiences, and enrich their sense of belonging at Compass.

This is a networking group for anyone at Compass named Katie, Katy, Kate, Katey (or any other spelling!) We host a Zoom call once a month and interview one of the members.  We are committed to quarterly service projects for our communities. T-shirts are available from Katie Machoskie for $23.  We meet up at COMPASS REtreats where we have some kind of adventure and raise a glass to friendship, support and all the KT's at COMPASS!

Recovery @ Compass is an anonymous affinity group based on the twelve steps. It doesn't matter what you are recovering from, e.g. alcohol, food, drugs, Al-Anon, co-dependency, gambling, etc.  All are welcome and the only requirement is the desire to stop whatever you are addicted to.

Compass Solos is a national networking group for principal solo practitioner agents. The goal of Compass Solos is to connect solo practitioners across Compass to discuss our unique business needs, swap ideas and find referrals.

From REtreat 2022 to REtreat 2023 we've collaborated to host Live events in nine different cities across several states with a variety of Compass agents.
