How do I get help if I have a problem with my Chromebook?

How do I find late bus information?
At CHS: Late bus routes are posted in the Main Lobby and depart from CHS at 3:30 p.m. and 5:15 p.m. There are 4 different bus routes (AA, BB, CC, and DD). For any other questions, please call the Transportation Office at 631-912-2020
At CMS: Late buses will depart from CMS at 3:40 p.m. and 5:10 p.m. daily. There are 4 different late bus routes (routes A, B, C, and D) via the following link

What is the Parent Portal?
Parent Portal allows parents/guardians the opportunity to review student records including grades and attendance.

How can I obtain assistance with accessing my account?
In the event that you cannot access the Parent Portal, please email parentportal@commack.k12.ny.us. In your email, please include your child’s name, school and the presenting issue/ concern.

School Lunch
Who do I call if I have a question about my child's lunch balance?
- School lunch account balances follow children as they move up a grade each year. If your child no longer purchases lunch and you would like a refund, please email your request to icpaymentsupport@commack.k12.ny.us. If you have further questions please email Maureen Rice at email at ricem@whitsons.com
