Mr. Chair and esteemed colleagues, I rise to second the motion to give its consent to nominations and confirm the ad interim appointments of twenty-four (24) Foreign Service Officials in the Department of Foreign Affairs.
These nominees and appointees have demonstrated competence, professionalism, and dedication in the performance of their duties. Their years of service in the Foreign Service attest to their readiness to assume greater responsibilities in representing and advancing the interests of the Republic of the Philippines.
Our diplomats are often the first line of contact between the Philippines and the world. The confirmation of these officials ensures continuity in the conduct of our foreign policy and the protection of our Nationals overseas.
Therefore, I hereby second the consent to the nominations and confirm the ad interim appointments of the twenty-four (24) Foreign Service Officials in the Department of Foreign Affairs.

They have shown competence, dedication, and loyalty to the service. Their records speak of professionalism and integrity, qualities that are indispensable in the performance of their duties.
The Department of National Defense, being central to the nation's security and stability, requires men and women of proven commitment. It is my firm belief that the appointees before us embody these very standards.
In view of their qualifications and service, I join my colleagues in supporting their confirmation, with special mention to Commodore Joel Rosas Tamayo from Alaminos City, Pangasinan.

These officers remain pillars of discipline and leadership within our defense establishment. In a time of evolving challenges and heightened demands on our institutions, their professionalism and sense of duty serve as both an anchor and an assurance of continuity.
I likewise commend Brig. Gen. Ronnie Castillo Cabingas of Manaoag Pangasinan and also Gen. Ronald Molina Bautista assigned to the Camp Tito Abat in Manaoag Pangasinan. Their exemplary service brings pride and distinction to the province.
