COMMITTEE ON RULES AND RESOLUTIONS

Composed of nine (9) members, to which shall be referred all matters affecting the Rules of the Commission and its Standing Committees and resolutions submitted for the consideration of the Commission. It is headed by the Majority Floor Leader as the ex-officio Chairman.
