COMMITTEE ON CONSTITUTIONAL COMMISSIONS AND OFFICES

The Committee is composed of seventeen (17) members, to which shall be referred all nominations or appointments to the Commission on Elections, the Commission on Audit, and the Civil Service Commission, submitted by the President for confirmation and approval.
