Gmail "Undo Send" feature

Gmail has a feature called "Undo Send" which allows you to recall sent emails within a time period (up to 30 seconds) before it actually sends the email message out. Think of it as a brief "delay send" option, which allows you to make last-minute corrections if needed.

Here's how you enable or change the timing of this "undo" period (Video guide):

1. Go to Gmail's settings by clicking on the gear/cog icon and select "See all settings":

2. In the "General" section, you will find "Undo send", where you can pick how much time Gmail should wait before actually sending out your email message:

3. Remember to scroll all the way down and click on the "Save changes" button!

4. Now whenever you send a email message, there will be a little notification at the bottom-left of the Gmail web page that gives you the "Undo" option:

Kindly note that there will only be ONE notification that appears for the period of time you set above immediately after sending the most recent email, and if you refresh the Gmail web page or close your Gmail tab/window, you cannot get the "Undo" option back).
