My name is Kristen Reed, and I had the privilege of being the Instructional Coach at West Broad Elementary from 2018-2022. While I have worked with both the new Instructional Coaches for West Broad, Jenny Riegler, and Susan Reed, during my tenure at West Broad, neither of them were there for my entire 4 year span. With that in mind, and knowing that our building will have a brand new leader who will only have a vague idea of where we came from and where we're headed, I thought a website compiling the work we did together as a building over my 4 year stay at West Broad would be a helpful reference to hit the ground running next year. Of course, I'm just down the road at Westgate Elementary next year, and will always have a spare minute to help out my former colleagues, but I think you may find the answers to many of your questions here on this site quicker than it might take to track me down.
