藝術，包括視覺藝術、舞蹈、音樂、雕塑和陶藝，讓我們在語言無法實現的領域中進行溝通。它是一種情感和思想的傳達方式，能超越語言所能表達的。

許多藝術家認為，潛意識是創造力的關鍵，而藝術可以成為進入潛意識的手段。如果我們認同這一點，藝術不一定是模仿現實。它可以超越理性思維，探索隱藏著的非理性和潛意識。超現實主義，乃20 世紀早期的一場藝術運動，正是為此而興起的。超現實主義者使用自由書寫和自由繪畫等手段來繞過意識控制，從而進入潛意識。透過讓手自由地發揮，藝術家能夠挖掘壓抑著的情感和思想。同時，超現實主義者也使用象徵性元素，來描繪隱藏的意義，並喚起情感反應。

在這幅畫作《夢流》中，我讓我的手自由地流動， 形成右邊的黃色圖案，並畫上一塊灰色的陰影來象徵恐懼和未知。整個過程，既有趣又療癒。

Art, to name a few, includes visual art, dance, music, sculpture and pottery. Art allows us to communicate in ways that words cannot. It is a way to convey emotions and ideas that transcend language. 

Many artists believe that the unconscious mind holds the key to our creativity and that art can be a means to access this realm of the psyche. If we agree, art doesn´t necessary mimic reality. It can go beyond rational thoughts to explore the hidden, irrational minds. Surrealism, an art movement in the early 20th century, emerged exactly for this purpose.  The surrealists used automatic writing and drawing for instance, as a means to bypass conscious control and access the sub-consciousness. By giving free rein to the hand, artists were able to tap into the suppressed emotions and ideas. They also use symbolic elements to portray hidden meanings and evoke emotional responses. 

In this painting “Dream current”, I allowed my hand to flow freely the yellow patterns on the right, and use a patch of grey shadow to symbolise the fear and the unknown. The whole process is interesting and relieving. 

El arte, por nombrar algunos, incluye las artes visuales, la danza, la música, la escultura y la cerámica. El arte nos permite comunicarnos de maneras que las palabras no pueden. Es una forma de transmitir emociones e ideas que trascienden el lenguaje.

Muchos artistas creen que la mente inconsciente tiene la clave de nuestra creatividad y que el arte puede ser un medio para acceder a este reino de la psique. Si estamos de acuerdo, el arte no necesariamente imita la realidad. Puede ir más allá de los pensamientos racionales para explorar las mentes ocultas e irracionales. El surrealismo, un movimiento artístico de principios del siglo XX, surgió exactamente con este propósito. Los surrealistas usaban la escritura y el dibujo automáticos, por ejemplo, como un medio para eludir el control consciente y acceder al subconsciente. Al dar rienda suelta a la mano, los artistas pudieron acceder a emociones e ideas reprimidas. También usan elementos simbólicos para representar significados ocultos y evocar respuestas emocionales.
En esta pintura "El río de sueño", dejé que mi mano fluyera libremente por los patrones amarillos de la derecha y pinté una mancha de sombra gris para simbolizar el miedo y lo desconocido. Todo el proceso es interesante y aliviando.
