多孩子喜歡玩捉迷藏。在家裡玩捉迷藏的時候，有時真的會把媽媽氣瘋，因為我們會把衣櫃裡的衣服弄翻，把自己藏在裡面，或是把自己壓在門後，把廚房的罐頭、鍋子都弄到地上去。有時當我們以為找不到隱藏的那個人時，那人突然跳出來對著你尖叫！真是太驚心、太有趣了！原來玩捉迷藏對孩子的成長很有好處的！它可以培養人與人間的關係，加強解決問題和社交的技能，幫助孩子管理焦慮。當我們藏匿在某個環境時，即使很不舒服很壓迫，我們知道那只是暫時性；當我們的朋友或兄弟姐妹躲起來時

Many children like to play hide and seek. When we played hide and seek at home, sometimes it really drove my mother crazy, as we knocked over the clothes in the closet and hid ourselves in it, or pressed ourselves behind the kitchen door and made all the cans and pots fall off from the shelves. Sometimes we thought we could not find the hidden person, but that person would suddenly jump out and scream at you! It was so thrilling and fun! It turns out that playing hide and seek is very good for children’s growth! It fosters relationships, strengthens problem-solving and social skills, and helps children manage anxiety. When we hide in an environment, even if it is uncomfortable and oppressive, we know that it is only temporary; when our friends or siblings hide, even if we cannot find them, we know they will not disappear. It's like a thriller, but always with a happy and safe ending.

A muchos niños les gusta jugar al escondite. Cuando jugábamos al escondite en casa, a veces mi madre se volvía loca, porque tiramos la ropa del armario y nos escondíamos en él, o nos metíamos detrás de la puerta de la cocina y hacíamos que todas las latas y ollas se cayeran al suelo. A veces pensábamos que no podríamos encontrar a la persona escondida, ¡pero esa persona de repente saltaba y te gritaba! ¡Fue tan emocionante y divertido! ¡Resulta que jugar al escondite es muy bueno para el crecimiento de los niños! Fomenta las relaciones, fortalece la resolución de problemas y las habilidades sociales y ayuda a los niños a controlar la ansiedad. Cuando nos escondemos en un entorno, aunque sea incómodo y opresivo, sabemos que es sólo temporal; cuando nuestros amigos o hermanos se esconden, aunque no podamos encontrarlos, sabemos que no desaparecerán. Es como un thriller, pero siempre con un final feliz y seguro.
