Welcome to Florida Southern College (FSC)! Located in Lakeland, Florida, FSC is home to 3,500+ students that represent nearly every state and 48 foreign countries.

We offer over 70 different academic programs, including 16 pre-professional tracks, across our 5 schools: Business, Nursing, Exercise Science/Physical Therapy, Education, Liberal Arts and Sciences (including Fine Arts) including top ranked majors in Business, Direct Entry BSN Nursing, Elementary Education, research based Sciences such as Biotechnology and Medical Laboratory Science, Computer Science, Marine Biology, and Musical Theatre.

FSC emphasizes hands-on engaged learning through 3 signature guaranteed educational opportunities: study abroad, professional internships, and graduation in 4 years or less. Our outcome rate is 97%, students entering jobs or graduate school after graduation.

Outside of academics, FSC offers a thriving residential campus life. Our 20 NCAA DII athletic teams include lacrosse, beach volleyball, and soccer. We also sponsor esports, equestrian, ice hockey, and water ski club teams. FSC

Moccasins have earned 30 National Championships. Students are involved at FSC with over 100+ student clubs and organizations to give students a well-rounded college experience focused on the arts, math and sciences, business, media, music, service,culture, politics, pre-professional interests, faith, and Greek life.

It’s 100% free to apply to FSC and you will be automatically considered for merit scholarships including our scholarships offered on the basis of academic merit, talent in athletics, fine arts, leadership, community service, and need.

FSC receives more than 7,000 first-year applications annually and accepts approximately 51 percent.
