Our theme this year, Together We Rise: Building Bridges for Student Success, highlights the vital partnership between high school counselors and college admissions professionals. United by a shared mission, we work together to guide, support, and advocate for students as they navigate the transition from high school to postsecondary education.

Our goal is to strengthen collaboration through ongoing professional development, open communication, and a deeper understanding of one another’s roles. When high schools and colleges align their efforts, we create clearer pathways, reduce barriers, and ensure students feel informed, prepared, and confident in their next steps.

In a rapidly evolving educational landscape, partnership is more essential than ever. By building trust, sharing knowledge, and working intentionally across institutions, we create stronger bridges for the future of our students.
