• Public schools received the largest single federal investment ever in primary and secondary education through the Elementary and Secondary School Emergency Relief Fund (ESSER). The window of opportunity to spend those one-time funds has passed the halfway mark as funds must be fully obligated by September 2024. This session will provide new information on how districts across Colorado have spent and are spending their ESSER funds, key takeaways to share with your administration and public, and strategies to help you communicate the impact your investments have had on your students.
