Includes: Hotel, Conference Registration, Beakfast each morning, and Chick-fil-A lunch on Thursday.
Additional Cost - Approx $30
Wednesday Night Dinner - Homemade roast pork and sides (purchased upfront) - $10/each (This is a chapter social)
Thursday Night Dinner - Mexican Restuarant - approx $20 (with drink and tip) (This is a chapter social)
Friday Lunch and Friday Night Dinner - Student's choice so cost will vary (downtown Athens, fast food, etc)
Trip Information and Schedules
Dress Code: Various dress codes will be enforced. See specific event information for detailed instructions. All students may need to purchase required dress articles. At most students will need the TSA blue Oxford shirt and gray slacks with a blue blazer. The TSA shirt can be purchased from tsaweb.org in their online store.
Hotel Reservations: Country Inn and Suits by Carlson, Athens
Event Location - TSA general sessions, activities, and events will be held at the Classic Center.
Code of Behavior, Personal Liability and Medical Release, and Transportation Forms
One copy of each form per student MUST be filled out and turned in to participate. All forms are due NO LATER than 2/3/2017 .
Transportation: Transportation will be provided by adult chaperones, parents, and students to and from the State Conference/Classic Center. The advisor will make every effort to coordinate these transportation arrangements. However the responsibility of transportation to and from the conference site is ultimately the responsibility of the students and their parents.
- 3/8/2016 We will leave together from Collins Hill (near the tennis courts) at 1:30pm on Wednesday March 8th.
- 3/11/2016 We will leave the Classic Center after the awards ceremony which should end approximately 12pm. Students should be back to CHHS by 1pm. Please be on time to pick up your son/daughter from the CHHS parking lot near the tennis courts. Students will call before arrival to give you an ETA.
