Information Technology Services is hosting “Spring Into AI Exploration”
March 30th - April 3rd
Join us for a week of learning about applications of AI in the professional workplace at Colgate and beyond.
This event (co-sponsored by The Office of Career Services and the Office of Entrepreneurship and Innovation) is open to all faculty, staff and students.
ITS staff will present sessions throughout the week on how AI tools available at Colgate, including Google Gemini and NotebookLM, can be used in various workplace tasks such as:
Problem-solving and brainstorming
Information synthesis and knowledge management
Media creation (photos and videos)
Workflow automation

Most sessions will be held, unless otherwise noted, on the fifth floor of Case Geyer Library in the Batza Room (Room 560) which is located across from the Chobani Cafe. Restrooms are located within the Chobani Cafe. Accessible access is available via the Third Floor of Case Library. Use the elevator nearest the ITS Service Desk.
