Deadline for portraits to be included in yearbook is 12/6/24!
Do not wait until the last minute, book your appointment ASAP!
When you take your photo, make sure to choose the "correct pose". The yearbook pose is the one with the blues background, ladies wear black top, and gentlemen wear the tux. Fox-Mar provides you with the attire.
Gentlemen, you MUST be clean-shaven and cannot wear earrings for this photo. If you do not follow these guidelines you will need to book another appointment and retake the photo.
Ladies, you must follow all dress code guidelines ragarding hair outlined in the student/parent handbook.

Get free paper crowns from Burger King and decorate during summer vacation.
Use old jeans or thrift a pair to paint as your "senior jeans"

Carroll High School uses Fox-Mar photographers for various events including but not limited to Homecoming Dance, Prom, Baccalaureate Mass, and Graduation. Photos from these events can be found via: http://www.yearbookcandids.com/
Carroll High utilizes Miami Prime Catering as the primary lunch vendor on campus. Lunch accounts must be up to date/cleared for students to be eligible to receive diplomas/final transcripts. 15+ demerit points may result in loss of privileges ex: prom, grad bash, etc.

Over 12 unexcused tardies in semester

Students may lose privileges even if they have already paid for an event
Students are responsible for remaining in good disciplinary standing at all times
There NO REFUNDS even if a student loses the privilege to attend an event after they have already paid for it.

Senior privileges may be denied if these are not completed in time, including withholding of diploma.
Seniors should speak to their Theology teacher (Mrs. Egan) concerning service hours.

All accounts must be up to date in order for students to be eligible to take final exams. This includes service hours and financial obligations.
Students must arrive on time at 8:30am, in full uniform, and bring their ID.
Students arriving late to a Final exam may be denied from taking their exam. Students may pay a make-up fee and take the exam at a later date.
Students eligible for extended time must report at 8:00am for the first exam of the day. Extended time for the second exam will end at 12:15pm.
Senior Exam Exemption policy: page 16 student/parent handbook
Exam Exemption Policy- An exemption from a semester examination is a privilege given to Senior students. Exam exemption is not a right, but a privilege earned through excellence in academics, conduct, and effort. Senior students may be granted an exemption from taking the semester exams given in May if they maintain a course grade of an “A-” or above during all four quarters within the same subject category (NOT an average between the two quarters). The student must also earn a 80% or higher on the semester exam given in December. A cheating/plagiarism demerit disqualifies a student from this exemption privilege. Students who are eligible for an exemption from an exam will be issued an “X” in the final exam column of their report card. This applies to all classes except Dual

Students must meet all Graduation requirements
Tuition and Fees must be paid in full
Diplomas/transcripts will not be issued to any student who has outstanding disciplinary consequences.
