About Me!

Hello! My name is Emily Blanton and I am so excited to be your child's fifth grade teacher this year! I have a passion for creating a classroom where every student feels supported, challenged, and excited to learn. I love making learning fun and creating hands on learning experiences for my students. 

When I'm not in the classroom, I enjoy spending time with my family, traveling, baking, playing Mahjong, and reading books. I believe that strong communication and a positive partnership between home and school are key to every child's success. I look forward to getting to know your family and making this a fun, memorable, and successful school year together!
