Cody was most recently represented on Broadway by Paula Vogel’s How I Learned To Drive, Indecent, which transferred from Off-Broadway to Broadway in just 11 months, and the Deaf West Theatre revival of Spring Awakening, which transferred from a 99 seat production in Los Angeles to Broadway in just 366 days. 

His most recent Off-Broadway production was the first new musical to open in New York since the pandemic began, A Commercial Jingle for Regina Comet. Upcoming: The Wiz, Empire Records the Musical, Burt Bacharach & Steven Sater's Some Lovers, Hyprov, Invincible by Pat Benatar. Film/TV projects include the Emmy-nominated series Indoor Boys and the feature film Summoning Sylvia.

Jason is an accomplished attorney, producer and entrepreneur. As an attorney, he has handled over 6,500 accident, injury and wrongful death cases and is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, a # 1 Best Selling Author on Amazon.com/Kindle in the area of Personal Injury Law, and inventor of the first ever app for lawyers in 2009 called the My Attorney App.

Jason is also a huge supporter of the arts. He is founder of The Broadway Investor’s Club, a large group of investors who invest in Broadway, entertainment start ups, cast albums, national tours and more. Some of his investments include the 8 time Tony Award winning musical Hadestown, Kinky Boots, Sweeney Todd, Stranger Sings! The Parody Musical, Secret Garden, When Playwrights Kill, Be More Chill, On Your Feet UK and Rock of Ages UK. Jason is also an Advisor to start up Stellar Tickets, one of the leading ticketing platforms for live-streaming theatrical productions. 

Matthew is a dedicated commercial theatre producer and entrepreneur based in New York City. He currently serves as a Producer with Cody Lassen & Associates and works as an executive assistant to Tony Award-winning and Emmy-nominated actor, writer, and director BD Wong.

He is thrilled to be part of the co-producing teams for two exciting Broadway productions – the revival of The Wiz and The Notebook. Matthew's collaboration with Tony Award-winning and Grammy Award-nominated Broadway producer Cody Lassen spans multiple productions and years. His credits as an associate producer include Paula Vogel’s How I Learned to Drive, Micheal R. Jackson’s Teeth, The 12, Hyprov: Improv Under Hypnosis, Invincible, A Commercial Jingle for Regina Comet, as well as films like Summoning Sylvia and How to Get Clicks. He is currently involved in the development of pre-Broadway tryouts for Empire Records and Rutka, among other shows currently in development.

Originally from Las Vegas, Nevada, Matthew holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Theatre and Business from Chapman University. He actively participates in the NextGen Network with Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS and is a member of the National Alliance for Musical Theatre.
