What we are looking for:
As Product Manager for Cobre's CFO Suite, you will lead the development of treasury and financial management solutions for clients across Latin America. You will own the product discovery, strategy, and execution of initiatives that help CFOs and their teams manage cash positions, reconciliations, and financial operations more effectively. This role requires a blend of financial domain expertise and product leadership, as you will be instrumental in shaping the future of corporate financial management in Latin America.
What would you be doing:
Product Discovery and Strategy: Lead comprehensive research initiatives and strategic planning for the CFO Suite, working closely with treasury and accounting teams to identify market opportunities, analyze competitive landscape, and build compelling business cases for new features and pricing strategies.
Product Development: Own the complete product development lifecycle, from conceptualization to market launch, including writing detailed requirements, managing user stories, and ensuring seamless integration with ERPs, banking systems, and financial platforms to deliver high-quality financial features.
User Experience: Partner with product design to create intuitive and efficient interfaces for complex financial workflows, ensuring that solutions are not only functionally robust but also deliver an exceptional user experience that simplifies treasury and accounting operations.
Stakeholder Management: Foster strong partnerships across the organization by collaborating with sales and customer success teams, maintaining close relationships with treasury and accounting teams for solution validation, building strategic partnerships with financial institutions, and effectively communicating product strategy to executive leadership.
Problem-Solving and Innovation: Address and resolve complex financial operation challenges by developing innovative solutions that streamline processes, reduce manual work, and enhance financial visibility. Proactively identify potential risks and opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements.
Continuous Improvement: Regularly review and refine API services based on user feedback, performance data, and industry trends. Implement enhancements to drive platform excellence.
What do you need:
Minimum 5 years of product management experience in fintech or enterprise software, with demonstrated success in delivering complex financial products.
Comprehensive understanding of treasury operations, accounting processes, and financial systems, particularly in enterprise environments.
Proven track record working with ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, etc.) and managing banking integrations.
Exceptional analytical capabilities with a data-driven approach to decision making.
Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.
Professional fluency in both English and Spanish.
