Good mental health is imperative to living life fully and freely.

Depression, fear, and anxiety are some of the most common and uncomfortable emotions that we can experience at some point in our lives.

Through online/telehealth counselling and/or coaching and/or online support groups, I am able to help you recover motivation, perspective, and the joy that you want for your life.

I recognise that many individuals can experience both emotional and physical symptoms associated with painful and traumatic circumstances.

Anxiety, fear, migraine, body responses, sleep issues and hopelessness are a few of the symptoms that can linger past traumatic and/or difficult events.

I can help you overcome these symptoms and guide you through the process of grief and healing with an online/telehealth counselling and/or coaching session, or by attending an online group program to learn skills that can reduce and/or heal symptoms.

Life doesn't always run smoothly, and sometimes we all need support.

If you have employees, you also know that when individuals have personal and/or workplace issues, their work performance can naturally suffer.

Research shows that workplace well-being programs (such as EAP's), not only help employees to navigate their issues - but they also help employee's to stay engaged at work.

Mindfulness and mindfulness approaches are gaining a lot of attention for counselling and coaching purposes with neuroscience, and the research shows that mindfulness approaches to thinking and being can increase positive outcomes for mental and physical health, including stress responses.

Tele-health services are surprisingly easy to navigate, and are just as effective as in-person sessions.

So long as you have a phone and/or computer with internet, we can connect. I talk with people from all over Australia via phone or Zoom, and if anything, it's opened up a whole new approach to choosing a therapist/coach who suits you best. It's quick, it's easy, and it's private.

Instead of hopping in the car/catching a bus or train, all you need is a bit of privacy, and we can chat. Booking in sessions online can be organised at any time of the day or night. Sessions are available Mon-Friday 10am-7pm (after hours fee is charged after 5pm). I'm located in NSW Australia, so my times are AEST, however the booking system knows how to adjust to your time zone - just enter..

My focus is to help individuals heal, energise, and become aware of their inner strengths through counselling and coaching. I achieve this by providing a safe space, listening to your concerns, and customising a treatment plan where appropriate.
