You can edit the terms and positions of a current leader from the portal home page.
You can also add new leaders by searching your current roster

To let COA know of members that should be added to or removed from Project Keep, please update your society leadership roster
COA will remove any Project Keep discounts from members not listed on your Society Leadership Roster (so keep that thing updated!).

Inform new members of all benefits your society offers – invite them to take part in all virtual meetings, CE, happy hours, etc.

Reach out to recently dropped members as appropriate. Perhaps it was an oversight and they mistakenly let their membership lapse.
Members can easily re-join by contacting the COA membership department at membership@coavision.org or by completing this online form.

These members are 60+ days in arrears on their membership dues and are currently suspended. If appropriate, please offer these members a dues waiver.
Please help keep our records updated by letting COA know if these doctors have moved out of state or are not practicing.

Keep nonmembers looped in to upcoming events and meetings, share all the great things AOA, COA and your society are doing. Make sure they know that we need their support - invite them to become a member!

COA understands that many of our members are facing lingering economic challenges from COVID-19.
Please encourage anyone needing it to apply for a dues waiver or to contact COA to discuss their options to retain membership.
