Stacy Hu is an associate research optometrist at a contract research organization, where she is helping to manage the post-FDA approval efficacy and safety studies for the MiSight contact lenses. She also sees patients at Friedman Optometry in Rancho Cucamonga and at Empire Laser Eye Center in La Verne. She graduated from the New England College of Optometry with a dual optometry and master's degree, and completed her residency in primary eye care at Group Health Cooperative in Tacoma, Washington. She is a Fellow of the American Academy of Optometry, and the president of the Inland Empire Optometric Society. She was a COA's young OD of the year in 2023.
