January 6 – Slate sent to leadership and delegates

January 15 – COA proposed budget, COA reports, bylaws amendments, and proposed policy resolutions sent to leadership and delegates

*Proposed Policy Resolutions can be submitted from the floor of the House, however, advance notice to delegates is strongly encouraged.
