Service Integration is a partnership between Polk County Family and Community Outreach, six school districts, West Valley Hospital, and over 200 partnering organizations, agencies, and individuals throughout the county. There are 6 Service Integration Teams that represent a local school district catchment area and each meet once a month to network, share resources, and discuss local needs. Amber Kramer came to Service Integration with over 6 years of experience working with families in Polk County, with the last three years serving in the role of Family Resource and Housing Navigator with the Polk County Family Community Outreach Department. Her time as a Family Resource and Housing Navigator allowed her to become well versed in resources available in the communities in Polk County, as well as gave her the opportunity to build relationships with some of our valued community partners.
Amber grew up in Polk County and is passionate about helping the families that live in her community. She believes that families need more than just resources to succeed. They need to feel connected to and supported by their whole community.
Outside of work, Amber enjoys baking, hiking, photography, and spending time with her children.
