The Falls City Resource Center opened in September 2024 following a survey that was conducted in 2022 to identify healthcare barriers in Falls City, Oregon. In partnership with the Willamette Health Council, the Falls City Resource Center is here to help local families and individuals with resources.
The Falls City Resource Center offers a variety of services on a rotating schedule.
