Mrs. Volo's class EXPERIENCING other cultures through inquiry based learning. The students had such a great time exploring the different facets of Chinese culture and history.
Oompa Loompas, Willy Wonka, Charlie Bucket and more made Clayton Huey so proud at both of their performances of Willy Wonka Kids ! Thank you to Ms. D'Orio and all of the other staff members who helped to make this event special for our students. We are so proud of all of you!
Today our 4th graders participated in several activities to help them understand what life was like in colonial times. From creating their own homemade butter, to writing with ink and a quill, even participating in colonial games, exploring what jobs were like then, and even a traditional colonial tea. Thank you to all of the teachers and parents who helped to make this day special for all of our students
