A huge THANK YOU goes out to our Beautification Committee for these amazing images that were created to make Clayton Huey a special place for all of our students.
What a pleasure it was to watch Ms. Reichert and Ms. Wain's class compete in floor hockey in gym. The students even were cheering on their classmates when they were not playing in the game. Great job everyone!
Celebrating poetry month in April has really taken on a life of its own! These students read a poem about orange socks, and, ironically enough, one of our students happened to be sporting the same threads! Thanks for the share Mrs. Craig!
I thoroughly enjoyed my time with Mrs. Volo's class today as they reviewed for their test on China by participating in a "Jeopardy" game. The students even had buzzers and were able to show off their vast knowledge of the country. Great job everyone!
An extra special shout out goes out to Clayton Huey's own Mrs. Magee! Mrs. Magee was selected as Clayton Huey's representative for the SCOPE Shining Above the Rest Award. Thank you for all of your hard work and dedication to our students! We are so lucky to have such an amazing staff.
Thank you to Holden and Nolan Tenety, and Matson Accardi for presenting to the PTA at their most recent meeting. The boys represented Clayton Huey well and were able to give updates on all of the amazing things going on in our school.
We were so unbelievably proud of all of our students who received a CMTA award for their amazing work at Clayton Huey. What a special night for our teachers, their students, and all of the families of the Center Moriches community.
We were so proud of all of our students who supported the fight against ALS this week! The students participated in a fundraiser and walk with Mr. Pendergast to raise awareness for ALS and support a great cause. As a school we raised over $2,500.00! We were especially proud of Ms. Wain's class who raised the most money for ALS research. Thank you all for your participation and support.
