1. Watch the Form Episode as a class

2. Do the Form Quirky Quiz as a class

3. Complete the Form Assessment on your own

4. When finished with the Assessment, go to QGrooves

5. Compose a piece in a form of your choice, with at least two contrasting sections: ABA, ABACA, AABA, etc.

When you are finished, you can go to the "Music Lab" activities page and explore!
