Excel: Keep a cheat sheet of formulas and shortcuts for quick access.
Word: Change margins to print more on a page. (As narrow as .25 all the way around works on most printers.)
Outlook: Create multiple custom signatures to use for answering repeat emails.
Outlook: Use the Check email feature to autofill email addresses and save time.
Outlook: Create custom groups to save time emailing teams of people. (Teachers in a grade level, Club groups, Admin team, etc.)
Sign into Office Apps on the computer and turn on auto-save to have work available in Microsoft 365.
