Genetics

This is where it all begins. Cattle with the proper frame size and muscle scoring produce the highest quality beef.

Feeding

Our cattle are fed a grain based ration that has been developed by our nutritionist. Our cattle always have access to fresh pasture for grazing.

Fresh Beef

This is what it's all about. Beef with plenty of marbling to guarantee a juicy steak!
