A DIB's Data Recruiter and Programs Manager at LinkedIn. She has over 15 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment and driving inclusion programs! Her path into the talent and programs field has been a non-traditional one. She began her education and career in Engineering, transitioning to Technical Recruitment seeing the need to bridge many gaps in the industry. She has successfully created two startups; one a boot camp to help high potential individuals from underrepresented communities get into the tech industry and the other a K-12 STEM program to build programs/curriculum for students in school districts that did not have support or funding to gain access to tailored programs. Above all, Ysabella cares deeply about equity in education and workplace opportunities, holding a strong belief that companies and teams are best set for success when their staff reflects the diversity of the community and world around them.
