Norma Dominguez is the Chief Finance Officer at Excelerate Housing

Group. Prior to joining Excelerate, Ms. Dominguez was a Director and

Senior Relationship Manager with Wells Fargo’s Community Lending and

Investment group where she focused on financing affordable housing

developments, working with the top developers in California. Over the

course of her banking career, she financed over $1 billion in

affordable housing across the country. Ms. Dominguez is on the Board

of Directors for A Community of Friends, a non-profit permanent

supportive housing developer that focuses on developing housing for

people with mental illness, and Public Counsel, the country’s largest

pro bono public interest law firm. Ms. Dominguez earned her Bachelor

of Arts at Brown University and a Master of Arts in Public Policy at

the Harvard Kennedy School of Government. She is also a proud 2009

graduate of the HOPE Leadership Institute program.
