Frequently Asked Questions

Your phone should be left in the classroom phone bank next to my desk unless we are using it for an activity. You should not be calling people on the phone during class time. You should not be playing games on your phone or on TikTok. You should not be using the phone to cheat in my class. If you aren't comfortable leaving your phone in the phone bank, it should be put away in your backpack at all times. If I see it out I will either send you to student services with it or have student services come get both you and the phone. If phones become a problem, I will email parents with handy tips on how to monitor your phone use to keep you on task. And yes, I know that many students have a dummy phone that they show their parents and hand in. I'll tell parents about those, too.
